  "text": "(1) The holder of a certificate of registration for a medicinal product is guilty of an offence if the person provides the licensing authority with any information that is relevant to the quality of the product but that is false or misleading in a material particular.\n(2) Paragraph (1) is without prejudice to the operation of regulation 119.",
