  "text": "(1) No advertisement relating to an EAMS medicinal product may be published by any person in respect of an advantage identified in the EAMS scientific opinion in respect of the product (although this does not preclude a person promoting the Early Access to Medicine Scheme itself).\n(2) In this regulation, “publish” has the meaning given in regulation 277(1) (interpretation: Part 14 advertising).",
