  "text": "(1) The holder of an authorisation of the kind referred to in paragraph (2) may not sell a prescription only medicine or a pharmacy medicine by way of wholesale dealing to a person who does not fall within a class specified in Schedule 22.\n(2) Those authorisations are—\n(a) a UK marketing authorisation;\n(aa) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(b) a certificate of registration;\n(c) a traditional herbal registration; and\n(d) an Article 126a authorisation.\n(3) A person may not, in the course of a business consisting (wholly or partly) of manufacturing medicinal products or of selling medicinal products by way of wholesale dealing, sell a prescription only medicine or a pharmacy medicine by way of wholesale dealing to a person who does not fall within a class specified in Schedule 22.\n(4) This regulation is subject to regulation 250.",
