  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 33(1) or regulation 34(1) or (2) is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; or\n(b) on conviction on indictment to a fine, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 34(3) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.",
