  "text": "Paragraph 2 applies, subject to paragraph 3, where the sale or supply of a prescription only medicine is—\n(a) in pursuance of a prescription given by—\n(i) a doctor or dentist,\n(ii) a supplementary prescriber,\n(iii) a community practitioner nurse prescriber,\n(iv) a nurse independent prescriber,\n(v) an optometrist independent prescriber,\n(vi) a pharmacist independent prescriber,\n(vii) a podiatrist independent prescriber,\n(viii) a physiotherapist independent prescriber, ...\n(ix) a therapeutic radiographer independent prescriber; or\n(x) a paramedic paramedic independent prescriber; or\n(b) under regulation 224 (emergency sale etc by pharmacist: prescriber unable to provide prescription).",
