  "text": "In section 107 (validity of decisions and proceedings relating thereto)—\n(a) in subsection (1)—\n(i) omit “of the licensing authority under Part II of this Act or”, and\n(ii) for “licence or certificate granted or issued” substitute “ certificate issued ”;\n(b) in subsection (4)—\n(i) for “grant a licence or certificate” substitute “ issue a certificate ”,\n(ii) for “licence or certificate granted” substitute “ certificate issued ”, and\n(iii) for “grant of the licence or” substitute “ issue of the ”;\n(c) in subsection (6) omit “of Justice”.",
