# The Human Medicines Regulations 2012, Paragraph 19


In section 109 (enforcement in Scotland)—
(a) in subsection (2)—
(i) for the words from “(2)” to “(10)” substitute “ (2), (6) to (6D), (9) and (10) ”, and
(ii) in paragraph (a) omit the words from “or” to “jointly”; and
(b) omit subsection (3).
