  "text": "In section 111 (rights of entry)—\n(a) in subsection (1) omit paragraph (aa) except for the word “or”;\n(b) in subsection (2) omit paragraph (a);\n(c) omit subsection (3);\n(d) in subsection (6) omit—\n(i) “aircraft,” in both places where it occurs, and\n(ii) “, commander”; and\n(e) for subsection (9) substitute—\n“(9) References in this section to a justice of the peace—\n(a) in relation to England, include a reference to a district judge (magistrates' courts);\n(b) in relation to Scotland, are to be read as references to a sheriff, stipendiary magistrate or justice of the peace, and\n(c) in relation to Northern Ireland, are to be read as references to a lay magistrate or a district judge (magistrates' courts).”.",
