# The Human Medicines Regulations 2012, Paragraph 31


In section 130 (meaning of medicinal product and related expressions)—
(a) for subsection (1) substitute—
“(1) In this Act, “medicinal product” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the 2012 Regulations.”; and
(b) omit subsections (2) to (8) and (10).
