# The Human Medicines Regulations 2012, Paragraph 37


In section 2(5)(b) (trade descriptions) of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 for the words from “made under Part V” to “that Act)” substitute “ of Chapter 1 of Part 13 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 ”.
