  "text": "(1) Section 67 (offences under Part III) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1B)(a) for “by virtue of provision made under section 58(1) of this Act” substitute “ within the meaning of regulation 214 of the 2012 Regulations ”;\n(3) in subsection (2)—\n(a) for “52, 58, 63, 64 and 65”, substitute “ 63 and 64 ”; and\n(b) omit “any regulations made under section 60 or section 61 or”.\n(4) Omit subsection (3A).\n(5) In subsection (4) for “subsection (1A), (1B), (2), (3) or (3A)” substitute “ subsection (1A), (1B), (2) or (3) ”.\n(6) Omit subsections (5) and (6).",
