HUMAN TISSUE

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 58(3) and 60(2) of the Human Tissue Act 2004^f1.

In accordance with section 60(3) to (5) of that Act, she has consulted the National Assembly for Wales, the relevant Northern Ireland Department^f2 and the Scottish Ministers before exercising those powers.
