# Human Tissue Act 2004, Paragraph 18


A document purporting—
(a) to be duly executed under the seal of the Authority, or
(b) to be signed on its behalf,
shall be received in evidence and be taken, without further proof, to be so executed or signed unless the contrary is shown.
