  "text": "The authority conferred by a licence extends to—\n(a) the designated individual,\n(b) any person who is designated as a person to whom the licence applies by a notice given to the Authority by the designated individual, and\n(c) any person acting under the direction of—\n(i) the designated individual, or\n(ii) a person designated as mentioned in paragraph (b).",
