  "text": "Human Tissue\nMade 25th February 2021\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16C(1) and (2) of the Human Tissue (Scotland) Act 2006 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 16C(3) of that Act the Scottish Ministers consider that it is appropriate for the procedures specified in these Regulations to be subject to provision mentioned in section 16C(2)(a)(i) to (iv).\nIn accordance with section 16C(4) of that Act they have consulted such persons as they consider appropriate.\nIn accordance with section 59(3)(ad) of that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
