  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision about the manner in which, or to whom—\n(a) an express authorisation by virtue of section 6(1) may be given,\n(b) an opt-out declaration by virtue of section 6B(1) may be made,\n(c) an authorisation by virtue of section 8(1) may be given,\n(d) a declaration by virtue of section 8B(1) may be made,\n(e) an authorisation by virtue of section 16F(1) may be given.\n(2) Regulations under subsection (1) may modify this Act.",
