  "text": "A part—\n(a) removed—\n(i) from the body of a deceased person before the day on which section 3 comes into force for the purposes of transplantation, research, education, training or audit;\n(ii) other than during an examination having the characteristics of a post-mortem examination (whether or not carried out for the purposes of the functions, or under the authority, of the procurator fiscal) or an anatomical examination (within the meaning of section 1(1) of the Anatomy Act 1984 (c. 14); and\n(b) held immediately before that day for use for any such purpose,\nmay be retained and used for any such purpose.",
