  "text": "(1) Authorisation—\n(a) by virtue of section 6H, 8D, 10 or 10A of removal and use of a part of a body for a purpose referred to in section 3(1)(b) to (d);\n(b) by a person nominated by virtue of section 30(1) of a matter referred to in section 29(1);\n(c) by virtue of section 30(2) of a matter referred to in section 29(1);\n(d) by a person nominated by virtue of section 32(1) of a matter referred to in section 31(1);\n(e) by virtue of section 32(2) or 33(1) of a matter referred to in section 31(1);\n(f) by virtue of section 43(1) of a matter referred to in section 42(1);\n(g) by virtue of section 45(1) or 46(1) of a matter referred to in section 44(1),\nmay be accompanied by a request that the matter authorised is to be carried out subject to conditions specified in the authorisation.\n(2) Where a request is made by virtue of subsection (1), the matter must be carried out (in so far as it is reasonably practicable to do so) in accordance with the conditions.",
