  "text": "The Scottish Ministers may by regulations prescribe—\n(a) the form in which—\n(i) authorisation by virtue of section 30(2), 32(2) or 33(1);\n(ii) authorisation by a person nominated in accordance with section 30(1) or 32(1),\nis to be given;\n(b) the form in which authorisation by virtue of section 43(1), 45(1) or 46(1) may be given;\n(c) descriptions of persons who are eligible to act as a witness in accordance with section 29(2)(b), 30(4) or (5), 31(2)(a), 32(4) or (5), 33(2)(a), 43(2)(a), 44(2)(a), 45(2)(a) or 46(2)(a).",
