  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Human Tissue (Scotland) Act 2006.\n(2) The provisions of this Act, except this section and sections 52, 59 and 60, come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.\n(3) Different days may be appointed under subsection (2) for different purposes.",
