  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Humber Bridge Act 2013 and comes into force at the end of 28 days beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.\n(2) The Humber Bridge Acts 1959 to 1973 and this Act may be cited together as the Humber Bridge Acts 1959 to 2013.",
