  "text": "In this Act—\n“the 1959 Act” means the Humber Bridge Act 1959;\n“the Board” means the Humber Bridge Board incorporated by the 1959 Act;\n“the bridge” has the meaning given in section 4 (interpretation) of the 1959 Act;\n“constituent authority” means a local authority for the time being authorised to appoint a member or members of the Board; and\n“financial year” means any period of 12 months ending on 31 March.",
