Coming into force 19th August 1998
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the power conferred by section 1(1) of the Humber Bridge (Debts) Act 1996 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and with the consent of the Treasury hereby makes the following Order:—
