Article 1 Citation, Commencement and Application

This Order may be cited as the Humberside (Staff Transfer) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

This Order makes provisions which are consequential or supplementary to the Humberside (Structural Change) Order 1995.^f1
