# The Hydrocarbon Oil (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Regulation 3: Increase of the minimum amount for a claim by an approved repayment user


In paragraph (d) of regulation 40 of the Hydrocarbon Oil Regulations 1973 there shall be substituted for “£50” the amount “£250”.
