# The Hydrocarbon Oil (Marking) Regulations 2002, Regulation 19: The Hydrocarbon Oil (Designated Markers) Regulations 1996


(1) Amend regulation 2 (designation of markers) of the Hydrocarbon Oil (Designated Markers) Regulations 1996 as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(2)—
(a) for the second designated marker, substitute—
“N-Ethyl-N-[2-(1-isobutoxyethoxy)ethyl]-4-(phenylazo)aniline”; and
(b) omit the third designated marker.
