# The Hydrocarbons (Temporary Management Scheme) Regulations 2013, Regulation 16: Amendments to managed contracts


Where the Secretary of State intends to agree an amendment to a managed contract, the Secretary of State must ensure that the agreement provides for the amendment to cease to have effect when the contract ceases to be a managed contract.
