Regulation 28 Withdrawal of termination notices

Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the Secretary of State may give a notice withdrawing a termination notice to those persons to whom the termination notice was given.

Where regulation 26(1) applies, the Secretary of State must not withdraw a termination notice except where the Secretary of State is no longer satisfied under regulation 26(1)(b).

A notice of withdrawal under paragraph (1) must be given no later than seven days before the termination date.
