Regulation 30 Early termination: new contracts

Where—

(a)

a termination notice provides for an early termination;

(b)

the period for performance of a new contract ends after the termination date; and

(c)

the termination notice is not withdrawn,

the Secretary of State must, in accordance with the terms of the new contract, terminate the contract such that performance of the contract ends no later than the termination date.
