  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Identity Cards Act 2006 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2010.\n(2) In this Order –\n“Identity and Passport Service” means the Secretary of State acting through the Identity and Passport Service; and\n“passport” means a United Kingdom passport (within the meaning of the Immigration Act 1971).",
