  "text": "(1) Section 31 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (defences based on Article 31(1) of the Refugee Convention) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3), for paragraph (aa) substitute—\n“(aa) section 4 or 6 of the Identity Documents Act 2010;”.\n(3) In subsection (4), for paragraph (ba) substitute—\n“(ba) under section 4 or 6 of the Identity Documents Act 2010,”.",
