# Identity Documents Act 2010, Paragraph 14


(1) Section 65 (complaints in relation to which Tribunal has jurisdiction) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)(b), omit “or (4A)”.
(3) In subsection (3)—
(a) at the end of paragraph (c), insert “ or ”, and
(b) omit paragraphs (ca) and (cb)(together with the “or” at the end of paragraph (cb)).
(4) Omit subsection (4A).
