Article 5 Power to deviate

Subject to the provisions of this Order, in carrying out the authorised works, the Council may—

(a)

deviate laterally from the lines or situations shown on the deposited plan to the extent of the limits of deviation; and

(b)

deviate vertically from the levels shown on the deposited sections to any extent not exceeding 1.5 metres upwards or to any extent downwards.
