# The Ilfracombe Harbour Revision Order 1996, Article 20: Power to lease, etc.


The Council may lease or grant for harbour purposes the use or occupation of, or any right or interest in, or over, any lands, works, buildings, equipment or other property forming part of the works for such period and on such terms and conditions as shall be agreed between the Council and the person taking the same.
