  "text": "The works authorised by this Order are the following works in the Parish of Ilfracombe in the District of North Devon in the County of Devon—\nA slipway constructed of four longitudinal reinforced concrete beams supported by eight cross beams with a surface of precast concrete planks commencing at a point on the harbour wall 28 metres or thereabouts south from the junction of Hierns Lane and The Strand and extending into Ilfracombe Harbour for 49 metres with an overall width of 8 metres.",
