  "text": "Subsection (2) of section fourteen of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1883, both as originally enacted and as applied by section five of this Act shall, in the case of a conviction in Scotland, have effect as if the words “two hundred pounds”were substituted for the words “fifty pounds.”",
