# Immigration Act 1971, Paragraph 11

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

A person in respect of whom directions are given under any of paragraphs 8 to 10 above may be placed, under the authority of an immigration officer or the Secretary of State, on board any ship or aircraft in which he is to be removed in accordance with the directions.
