  "heading": "Members of diplomatic missions.",
  "text": "At the beginning of subsection (3) of section 8 of the principal Act (exemption from immigration control for members of diplomatic missions etc.) there shall be inserted the words “ Subject to subsection (3A) below, ” and after that subsection there shall be inserted—\n“(3A) In the case of a member of a mission other than a diplomatic agent (within the meaning of the said Act of 1964) subsection (3) above shall apply only if he enters or has entered the United Kingdom—\n(a) as a member of that mission; or\n(b) in order to take up a post as such a member which was offered to him before his arrival;\nand references in that subsection to a member of a mission shall be construed accordingly.”",
