# The Immigration Act 2014 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2015, Note: Explanatory note

This Order is the fifth commencement order made under the Immigration Act 2014.
Article 2 brings into force section 39 of, and Part 9 of Schedule 9 to, that Act on 6th April 2015.
