  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order is the sixth commencement order made under the Immigration Act 2014.\nArticle 2 brings into force on 1st February 2016 certain provisions in Chapter 1 of Part 3 (residential tenancies) in respect of premises in England so far as not already in force. Those same provisions were previously brought into force in respect of premises in the areas of five local authorities in England by S.I. 2014/2771.",
