  "text": "(1) Section 127 of that Act (voluntary provision of physical data) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “information about his external physical characteristics” substitute “ biometric information ”.\n(3) In subsection (2)(a) and (b), before “information” insert “ biometric ”.\n(4) In subsection (3)—\n(a) after paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) biometric information”, and”;\n(b) omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (b);\n(c) omit paragraph (c).",
