  "text": "(1) In section 84(4) (persons exempt from prohibition on provision of immigration advice and services by unqualified persons)—\n(a) omit paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) (and the word “or” which follows paragraph (c));\n(b) in paragraph (d) omit “who”.\n(2) Omit the following provisions—\n(a) section 84(5) and (7);\n(b) section 85(2);\n(c) section 87(3)(b);\n(d) section 88(2)(c);\n(e) section 89(4);\n(f) paragraph 6(3)(b) and 9(1)(d) of Schedule 5;\n(g) paragraph 6(3)(a) of Schedule 6.",
