  "text": "(1) Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 (fees for registration) is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1)—\n(a) after “order” insert “ (a) ”;\n(b) at the end insert—\n“(b) make provision for, and in connection with, requiring or authorising the Commissioner to waive all or part of the specified fee in particular cases.”\n(3) In sub-paragraph (2) at the end insert “ (but this is subject to any waiver in accordance with provision under sub-paragraph (1)(b)) ”.",
