  "text": "(1) Section 27 of the Immigration Act 1971 (offences by persons connected with ships or aircraft or with ports) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (b)—\n(a) after sub-paragraph (iii) insert—\n“(iiia) he fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a direction under paragraph 5B of Schedule 2; or”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (iv) for “a requirement” substitute “ any other requirement ”.\n(3) After paragraph (c) insert—\n“(ca) if as a person concerned in the management of a port he fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a direction under paragraph 5B of Schedule 2.”.",
