In section 85 (matters to be considered)—
(a) in subsection (2), for “84(1)” substitute “ 84 ”;
(b) in subsection (4)—
(i) omit “, 83(2) or 83A(2)”;
(ii) omit “evidence about”;
(iii) omit “evidence which concerns”.
