  "text": "(1) Section 105 (notice of immigration decision) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “immigration” substitute “ appealable ”.\n(3) In subsection (2)—\n(a) in the opening words, for “a decision against which the person is entitled to appeal under section 82(1)” substitute “ an appealable decision ”;\n(b) in paragraph (a) for “that section” substitute “ section 82 ”.\n(4) At the end insert—\n“(4) In this section “appealable decision” means a decision mentioned in section 82(1).”",
