# Immigration Act 2014, Paragraph 58


In section 17 of the UK Borders Act 2007 (support for failed asylum-seekers), in subsection (2)—
(a) in paragraph (a), omit “against an immigration decision”;
(b) in paragraph (b), omit “against an immigration decision”.
