# Immigration Act 2016, Paragraph 19

Status: prospective

(1) Section 114 (overpayments) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), for “section 95 or 98” substitute “ section 95, 95A, 98 or 98A ”.
(3) In subsection (4), for “section 95” substitute “ section 95, 95A or 98A ”.
