# Immigration Act 2016, Paragraph 15

Status: prospective

(1) Paragraph 16 (orders and regulations) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (2)(d) after “amending” insert “ , repealing or revoking ”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (3) after “2(1)(d) or (e)” insert “ , 2A(3)(b), 10A or 10B ”.
