# Immigration Act 2016, Paragraph 5


(1) Section 43 (power to amend) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)(b), after “40(1)” insert “ or the requirement in section 40A(1) ”.
(3) In subsection (1)(c), for “that section” substitute “ section 40 or 40A ”.
